Artifacts are fascinating to many and allow us to better understand times that we were not born into. It gives us a connection and a clearer view to things we maybe don't fully realize. History is an important part of our lives whether good or bad. It should not be erasable, it should not be banned by cancel culture or deemed offensive. Artifacts should be collected and history education should be passed down to younger generations so that future leaders can avoid repeating tragedy and instead use the knowledge make decisions that shape our horizon in positive ways.
