Your order will be dispatched within 3 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it three or five days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

Notice:

1.All returns must be pre-approved by Autopartm and have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2.Buyers are responsible for appropriate packing, returning shipping cost, insurance and returning the item in “new” condition. Used items will not be accepted for return.

3.We will replace the returning item with an identical item, issue a full store credit or a full refund.

There is a difference between Genuine and OEM / OE Supplier brands. A genuine part is a part in the auto manufacturer’s original box with their logo on the box. OEM / OE Supplier is a brand licensed by the vehicle manufacturer and the part will not come with the vehicle manufacturer’s logo on it. OEM / OE Supplier parts are often the same parts you’d get at the dealership, just in a different box. We do not accept returns based solely on where a part is manufactured.
