The serious stuff.....as I'm a new small (one man) business, I hope you will understand that I have to be quite strict on the topic of returns. Every return leaves me out of pocket - and whilst I wouldn't want you to be out of pocket because of a problem with your purchase, I'd rather not be out myself, either. So, please note:


• If you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase, please contact me through Etsy before leaving negative feedback and give me a chance to put things right.

• Refunds will be considered if requested within 14 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately, as these items are printed to order, I can't guarantee to refund if you "just don't like" the item, but I will happily discuss with you anyway. If the item is in any way faulty, I will of course refund or replace it.

• In the case of clothing items, they must be returned unworn, with tags and labels still intact (obviously, you can try it on - I'm not that mean!) - so don't return your nice white t-shirt covered inn red wine after a particularly lively party - I won't accept it !

• Refunds will not be paid until the item has been returned, received and checked by me. Return postage will, I'm afraid, be at your cost.

• I will, of course, be happy to discuss with you at all stages of the process - just message me via the Etsy app/website
