Additional shipping information:

We ship by way of USPS and FEDEX GROUND.  Upon payment, our goal is to ship your item(s) within 1 business day except for USA recognized holidays when there is no distribution.  For larger items that cannot ship by way of ground, we offer freight shipping.  For freight quote send us an email us with the delivery zip code and advise if a lift gate will be required upon delivery. 

 

 International buyers: 

Please include your phone number with your payment.  We cannot ship any items by way of UPS or FEDEX GROUND without your phone number.  All duties, customs or additional charges charged by the shipper is the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid by the buyer.

 

Damaged items:

If there is visible damage to your box or package when it is received be sure to note this with the delivery person or carrier immediately.  Please contact us as well so we can help expedite your claim.  All original packaging materials must be retained for the shipper’s inspection and until claim has been resolved.

Country Cruisers eBay Store was established in 2002 and we have strived to maintain high ratings during our many years on eBay!  Through the years eBay has continued to raise their costs for Sellers.  In this struggling economy we are doing our best to maintain high DSR’s and continue to give our customers the “make offer” option, occasional “store sales” and pass on the quickest shipping at the best rates made available to us.  This is becoming harder to maintain as eBay requirements have become much stiffer as they try to adapt to what they feel is the consumers’ expectations.  Sellers are required to pay store fees, listing fees, end of listing fees and now a recent added charge of approximately 9% on the shipping costs we collect.  We regret that due to this increase our shipping/handling costs must reflect these additional fees so please keep this in mind when purchasing from us.  If you think that our shipping costs seem too high for any item, please send us an email before making your purchase.  We will be glad to review it as we use the eBay shipping calculator so that the shipping costs are based on your personal zip code and region vs. all buyers having to pay a high flat rate amount to cover for customers that are located in regions that it costs us more to ship to.  We do not see the shipping costs that you see on your end unless you send us your zip code and ask for us to review it. 

We are a boneyard that respectfully recycles used vintage parts that may not be available through any other supplier or resources.  Due to the rarity of some items, they may only be available in poor condition but if you need that one item to complete your restoration then condition isn’t always a factor.  We do our best to take plenty of photos and list each item individually so we can do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible because we care about your restoration vehicle and your continued business! 

However, if you receive any item that you are not happy with or feel that it has not been accurately described; please take the time to email us to resolve the situation before leaving neutral or negative feedback or low DSR ratings.  When we receive low ratings, we may lose any eBay discounts that may apply to us and in turn must increase the cost of our items to help deflate those extra fees.
