A man's voice is recorded but can be recorded over.   Not sure if this is the manufacturer recording or otherwise.  All interior pages are in new / like new condition.  Outside front and back covers are in new / like new condition.  Slight ding in upper, back cover corner, see pics.  Appears this was hardly or never used.
