This gorgeous Heavy Chelsea fabric is heavy and bouncy, It also has a slightly crinkled surface texture which is characteristic of a Heavy Chelsea. This fabric can be used for sewing into scarves, wraps and accessories. It would also be beautifully sewn into tops and blouses and if you chose to line it skirts and dresses.

    • Car parts (due to compatibility and fitting concerns)

    Return costs:
