This is a Charming Tails Teeny Tiny Tails "The Ticket Booth" Mouse & Chipmunk  Fitz and Floyd, 80/2.

The figurine is in excellent condition & measures about 2 3/4" high, 3" across & 1 7/8" wide.

It has a mouse handing a ticket to a chipmunk which is holding a yellow balloon with a ladybug on top of it.
