FedEx Next Day: next day service with tracking, our handling time is 24 hours,
but we can
ship your order the same day for Next Day service if paid by 4:00PM EST.

Returns:
Returns are refunded back to your method of payment, and are given as money back only. If we can help with another part, please do not hesitate to reach out. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of initial sale (such as: from date you confirmed to purchase the item in your cart (whether or not a payment was made); or from date we accepted your offer; or from date you accepted our counter offer; etc.). Please contact us via eBay message or directly through eBay returns process. All returns must have all original parts and accessories. Parts are not to be removed or swapped. We scan all bar-codes on hard drives and PCB's for our records. There are no refunds for items that have become faulty due to installation and/or mishandling.
