Changed your mind?
KIASA is pleased to offer 30 days free returns and 1 year warranty (it can be extended up to 3 years for free by registering the product - details are in manual). If you have changed your mind about the heater, all returns must include all original i.e. remote controls, manuals, fixings etc.. items undamaged. Must contain all original packaging as it must be in a resalable condition. Shipping and handling fees must be paid for by customer unless the product is faulty or damaged in which case you must report this to us as soon as possible. If the product is modified or customised - we'll unable to accept returns.
