The "Black Bess Inn" was the David Winter Collectors' Guild #3 piece. David Winter cottages are highly detailed miniature houses hand crafted of Crystacal (a form of natural gypsum), and individually hand painted, at the John Hine Studios.
Dimensions: Building measures 5 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 5".
Marks/Dates: Issued in 1988. Retired in 1990. Original price: $60.
Condition: No chips, cracks or other damage. Displayed behind glass. Comes in original box but no foam packaging. No certificate.
