Made in New York by the Rogers Silver Company, this sugar and creamer set is in the 5007 pattern.  The smooth finish is enhanced by six, etched, lines which encircle the top openings and the upper sides.

Measurements are:  height:  2 1/2 inches; diameter at upper edges:  4 1/8 inches; diameter of pedestal:  2 3/4 inches; diameter from creamer spout to edge of handle:  about 5 7/8 inches; diameter from outer edges of sugar bowl handles:  6 3/8 inches.

There is plating wear, especially on the creamer.  There are also some dents:  one on the pedestal of the sugar bowl, two on the sides of the creamer, as well as on its pedestal.  (See the photos)  A silversmith may be able to correct and improve these pieces.  But that is a question.
