Instructions before use
1. Heat the pan on a gas stove. Burn until black turns silvery gray.
2. Wash with clean water , wipe out the stains with soft sponge and dry the surface by using tissue paper. Then apply vegetable oil all over the pan surface.
3. Burn it again until the color becomes shiny. Finish burning then set aside to cool
4. Coat the surface with vegetable oil. Prevents rusting of aluminum
5. After each use, wipe dry and apply oil on it
How to make Kanom Krok Bai Toey (Pandan Leaf Kanom Krok) or Singapore Soft Cake
Raw material :
1. All purpose wheat flour 60 g.
2. Tapioca starch 30 g
3. Salt 1/8 tsp.
4. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
5. 1 chicken egg
6. Condensed milk, Carnation 120 g.
7. Carnation, sweetened condensed, 120 g
8. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
9. 7-8 pandan leaves
10. Water 2-3 tbsp.
11. Green food coloring 1 drop

STEP 1 : Prepare concentrated pandan juice.

- Pour the liquid part into the flour part. Use a hand whisk to gently stir together and the mixture does not have any granules of flour left. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes before putting it in the Khanom Krok Pan.
STEP 3 : Drop Khanom Krok
