Press uniform patties quickly and easily! Great for making stuffed or filled patties, crab or fish cakes, and appetizers. Use with ground beef, chicken, turkey, pork, or vegetables.

Apply pressure to adjust thickness. ½” thick is a 1/3 lb, 4” patty; 3/8” thick is a ¼ lb, 4” patty. Press patties on parchment paper for easy transfer to the grill or freezer. Uniform patties cook evenly!
