Originally purchased and stored in a climate-controled environment.  Recent family matters have resulted in the need to sell off collection of comics, magazines, books, and other collectables.

Note:  Except for items I have submitted to CGC, I do my own grading.  I am no expert and I try to follow CGC practices where possible.
