• Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm) – £9.99 (Next Working Day).
• Local Collection – Free (please message us to arrange).

For multiple items, postage may increase based on total weight. Please use ‘Add to Basket’ (not ‘Buy Now’) to combine postage.

Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 11am are dispatched the same day (Mon–Fri). Orders after 11am will be dispatched the next working day.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Fabrics cut to customer-specified lengths
• Fabric bundles, remnant boxes, and mixed fabric packs
• Car parts (due to compatibility and fitting concerns)

Please ensure you check measurements, part numbers, and compatibility before ordering. If unsure, contact us for confirmation before purchase.

Return costs:

• For unwanted items (where returns are accepted), return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund and reimburse reasonable return postage.

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
