Welcome to the BOUNCE Box Set, 13 workouts that will get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. The rebounder allows you to perform high intensity jumps in a low impact, joint friendly way. You will perform cardio exercises as well as use the rebounder for unique sculpting intervals that will create long lean muscles and challenge your core stability. If you don't have a rebounder you can still perform all of these exercises on the floor.
THE SET INCLUDES:
Bounce Series (183 mins, 4 workouts: Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Sculpt Lower, Barre, Total Body): If you have never bounced before then these workouts are a perfect introduction. They are easy to follow, but still tough to do, with exercises on and off the rebounder.
Bounce Intervals Series (128 mins, 4 workouts: Cardio, Total Burn, Up and Down, Singles and Doubles): these are interval workouts that give you maximum burn and a minimal recovery time. These are more advanced bounce workouts with exercises on and off the rebounder to increase your fitness and endurance
. Bounce Express Series (99 mins, 5 workouts & warm up and stretch: Jacks, Kick Box, On and Off, Knees and Kicks, Cardio Sculpt): These workouts use intervals of 60 seconds of work with no rest to keep you in the fat burning zone. Use them individually or mix and match them for a longer bounce challenge. Make sure you warm up first and stretch at the end!
