Delivery & Returns Policy

We accept any item returned to us within 30 days for any reason as long as it is new, unused in a fit condition for resale in its original packaging.

Any damages need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery as per our couriers guidelines and processes.

Items returned that are not faulty will not receive a refund for postage and packing costs incurred to get the item returned to us.

We are not able to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Any orders received before 2pm are dispatched same day.
