  Mercedes used many different types of 

door/trunk/fuel cap blanks 

from 1955 to 1968, 

 This m 70 r  in particular has proven to be very difficult to find    

This is the CLUB SHAPED HEAD version of this key.  

 If you have no part numbers stamped on 

your current key, compare it closely to the 

pictures above as its grooves need to

 match EXACTLY both back and front.   

If your current working key  has a key code 

with the letters "D", "KSD", or "TSD"

 followed by some numbers between 1-250, 

then this would be the right key.  

however there are still differences
