Regarding the international postage of $AUD14.55, it’s for a parcel post, which is tracked, declared and passes through customs. AUD$4 is for an untracked envelope with a stamp that may be subject to return-to-sender with a demand to use parcel post.
If you choose $4 it is at your own risk, I cannot refund the postage but will for the badge(s). But be patient, it might take a while to arrive from Down-Under. Further, of about 10 to 15 international envelopes I've sent only one has been returned, possibly due to me writing “does not contain prohibited or dangerous items: safe air” which I will not do going forward.

If you are an international buyer contact me for an international parcel price which is roughly AUD$13.55 to AUD$14.50 depending on your location or you can hope AusPost lets an AUD$3.50 international envelope pass through with a badge or two inside nicely bubble wrapped, which as of 6 July 2023, there’s about a 10% chance of that happening.
