These are 4 CT Carl Tielsch  4 1/4" Ramekin custard cups with under plates used . these cups and saucers have no damage no chips cracks or breaks, there is no staining or utensil marks . the gold trim is good not worn or faded. the rim of the cups has a floral pattern with white center to the cups the outside of the cups is a custard yellow , the under plates are custard yellow with gold trim. each piece is marked C T  and some are signed M Foust 1905.
