Contrary to popular belief, the Suzuki DT & 52R0 range of Navigation systems do not have an unlimited number of code entries and will generally stop allowing any further codes to be entered after five incorrect attempts. If you have been messing about then you may have forced it to display SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED - PLEASE CONTACT YOUR DEALER. If you have then tried taking it to your Suzuki Dealer or even most of the professional decoders, you will soon find out that once it has been locked in this way that they cannot fix it either and their only solution is to try and sell you a new stereo. Do not panic, because we are one of the few companies globally that can recover a DT & 52R0 unit from SYSTEM LOCKED. If your Navigation System displays SYSTEM HAS BEEN LOCKED, we can decode and reset this radio, but you will need to send the unit to our workshop for this work to be carried out. Because this is such a complex procedure to carry out, the approx turnaround time is 72 hours from receipt to dispatch.

What to do next in order to get your Radio Reset and Unlocked

1 )    Check that your model number is shown on the list below. If your model number is not shown, then it is not covered by this listing and you may need to look in our ebay shop for an alternative listing. The only way that your Stereo shown below can be reset and Decoded is if you physically send it to our workshop and let us plug it into our Decoding machine. (Please read this bit again before asking us if we can supply a code number by Email)

2 )    Purchase this item, pay for it, and then carefully wrap the radio in bubble wrap (or similar) and place it in a sturdy box not forgetting to enclose a copy of your eBay invoice with your name and address on it, and then Send it to us to the address shown at the bottom of this page. For your own peace of mind, we would advise to send by a means that requires a signature and a tracking number. (Royal Mail / Parcelforce etc, but would advise caution if using if using budget couriers such as MyHermes or EVRI ). The tracking number given to you when sending will allow you to confirm its safe arrival here, so no need to ask us to confirm what you can find out for yourself. The postage charge we have shown is for us to return the unit back to you by an insured and secure courier. If you are outside of the UK Mainland, please ask us for a price of postage costs first.

3 )    When your stereo arrives here, we will Decode it, Reset if it has been Locked from incorrect attempts, and return it back to you along with a code number written down on a card for your future use. We offer a 100% Guarantee on this Decode Service, and if for any reason we are unable to Decode your stereo then we will refund your payment in full and return it to you at our cost. This price does not cover further testing of the unit nor the repair of any faults, and if any unit is found to be faulty or has been tampered with, then we reserve the right to provide a non obligation estimate of repair to cover any additional costs. Decode charges will apply if code can be entered.

4 )    We will then package the stereo back up and return it back to you via a secure courier. We will not ship to your customer or a third party and will return to the original sender only. Depending on workload, we always aim to turn stereo`s around from RECEIPT to DISPATCH within 72 hours. Please note that we are unable to provide any updates or running reports as stopping work to do this delays things significantly. Please also include an email address and mobile number so that we can send you the return tracking information too.
