New Item Returns: If we get the box/bag back opened and or installed because it doesn't fit or does not fix your issue there will be a 45% restock charge less shipping. Then it's not considered new anymore.

Engine Policy: All our engines are used unless otherwise noted. We do NOT Disassemble our engines and inspect them unless noted. We disclose all the information to best of our knowledge about the engine in our description along with multiple photos. Please look at photos & read description closely before your purchase. Most our used engines are cellophane, or saran wrapped to prevent dust, dirt and other materials from entering the engine after removal from the machine. We Also recommend you oil the engine according to manufacture specs for proper ring seating before running your used engine. We are not responsible for oil pump failure or any other causes that may affect the used engine. So, follow manufacture service manuals for proper installation. Thanks
