THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE  Trifecta Quilt Kit.  THIS QUILT IS 61 1/2" X 77 1/2" FINISHED.  THIS INCLUDES ALL THE FABRIC FOR THE TOP AND BINDING.  NO BACKING INCLUDED. THESE ARE ALL 100% COTTON FABRICS.  THESE ARE ALL QUILT SHOP QUALITY COTTONS.  THIS IS FROM MY SMOKE FREE SHOP.  These are all new fabrics, unwashed and uncut.  These are all 44/45" wide.  The pattern is INCLUDED with the kit.  The fabrics in the 1st photo are my choice of fabrics for this kit and what is included with the auction.  My choice has the center being the lake life/Lake House Rules panel and Anchors are the adjacent panel fabric.  Photo #2 shows the pattern and photo #3 shows the panel by it's self.
