Description
- For a car to run normally, the power of the engine must be transmitted to the wheels; but first, it must be connected to the engine through the transmission and pressure plate. The power of the engine is transmitted to the pressure plate, and the pressure plate transmits the power to the clutch plate (also called friction Plate), the clutch plate is transmitted to the transmission. The release bearing controls the power "cutting off" between the transmission and the engine.

①Fix the pressure plate with the air conditioner clutch holder, and remove the center nut.
②Remove the armature plate and gasket, being careful not to lose the gasket.
If the clutch needs to be adjusted, increase or decrease the number and thickness of shims if necessary, then reinstall the armature plate and recheck the gap.
③If you need to replace the excitation coil, use snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring, and then remove the rotor pulley. Be careful not to damage the rotor pulley and the air conditioner compressor.
④Remove the screws and retainer, and then disconnect the excitation coil connector. Use snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring, and then remove the excitation coil. Be careful not to damage the excitation coil and the air conditioner compressor.
