- Custom items are non refundable and cannot be cancelled once we have started it.
- Colours may vary slightly from the picture due to different monitors/calibrations.
- Returns are not accepted.
Postage:
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company or any delays due to customs.
- If delivery attempts fail and the item is returned to sender you will be responsible for paying for any further delivery attempts.
- It is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. we are not responsible for providing a refund for lost or delayed parcels due to the incorrect address being given and the customer will be liable to pay for a replacement and postage.
- The customer is responsible for paying the postage and packaging when returning an item to us.
- Items that arrive damaged will be fully reimbursed, including postage and packing as long we receive photo evidence of the damage within 7 days.
