Condition: VG+(light storage wear, clean and white, would be NM except for ringwear)/EX+(light surface marks, little spindle wear, hardly played). 

The Ray Davies Gentle Giants featuring the best UK session musicians including Alan Hawkshaw (organ, electric piano, electric harpsichord), Alf Bigden (drums), Dennis Lopez (latin percussion), Herbie Flowers (bass guitar), Alan Parker (lead guitar), Don Lusher (trombone), Tony Fisher (trumpet) and Roy Willox / Ronnie Chamberlain / Duncan Lamont / Rex Morris / Manny Winters (sax & flute) recorded at Lansdowne Studios, London.  Cool Pye artwork! 

This album was originally recorded for the library music Cavendish Series. This commercial release has been mixed into quadrophonic 4D stereo which is not available either on the Library LP or the CD reissue.

This Pye Records first pressing changes colour from black to translucent red when held under light!!
