Kson Classic Red Rings
How good are they exactly?
These are designed to our own high specifications – extra wide rings, superior tightening bolts, superb finish – will enhance any telescope! We have tested these against competitor rings and there is no comparison. Snug, tight fitting, with generous padding for a soft fit. The extra wide design allows for excellent grip on the OTA and allows tubes to be gently rotated when loosened. Each ring is held by two screws fixed into the vixen plate.

- Available in a variety of sizes (63mm, 73mm, 83mm, 93mm, 106mm and 126mm)
- This one is is a 83mm Ring
- This one has a 160mm Vixen Plate included, and 4 screws for attaching the rings to the plate (do NOT overtighten these)
- Lush Red Colour
- Weighs 475grams including Vixen Bar
What should I expect?
Rings are usually made a little larger than the telescope tube you are wanting it for. So, a 63mm ring for instance, will accommodate a 60mm diameter or similarly close telescope.
