It is new from 1996, still adhered to the original cardboard backing..This has the standard 4 holes for mounting it.Item measures 16"w x 10 1/4"h and is a decent metal thickness, weight; a magnet does easily stick to the sign.NOTE: the original owner of the signs did not store them that well, causing some minor scrapes, scratches on the front of the signs--nothing huge.NOTE: it looks like the original owner of the signs tried to take off some of the red retail sales tags but left a lot of the tag on the sign itself; I did not want to worsen the situation-see picture.NOTE: the cardboard that the sign is adhered to may have some rough edges.
