This is DOC FRANCIS Old Age is Hell for the Sitters LP, private comedy record out of Bellevue, NE.  Back cover is written on and signed by Doc Francis himself, see pic.   Vinyl is VG+ and cover has some light wear with some discoloration/yellowing of back cover due to age, see pic.   Great LP at a great price!!
