➤ DISCLAIMER
Dear Customer,
We appreciate your interest in our exquisite silk rug for your home. We aim to give you essential information to make your shopping experience clear and enjoyable. Silk rugs, because of their natural fiber makeup, may show some shedding in the first period of use.
We want you to know that shedding is a normal and short-term process as the rug settles in its new environment. This shedding is an inherent trait of silk fibers and does not affect the rug’s quality or longevity. However, we want you to be fully aware of this before you buy our product.
We suggest keeping the rug in low-traffic areas during the first period to reduce any trouble from shedding. Frequent, mild vacuuming can also assist in controlling shedding over time.
We advise you to reach out to our customer service before finalizing your purchase if the shedding is too much and bothers you. We care about your satisfaction, and if needed, we will talk about possible solutions or options suited to your needs.
This notice intends to inform you about the inherent qualities of silk rugs. We value your comprehension and want to make sure that you buy our silk rug with complete knowledge.
If you need more information or have any doubts, our customer service team is always happy to help you.
You’re very welcome. It’s my pleasure to assist you with your writing needs. I hope you enjoy your silk rug and find it a wonderful addition to your home.
Best regards,
