Vintage Ceiling Fixture Light Shade
The design is a very subtle pink on the underside of the shade (2nd image)
It looks like a bouquet, floral arrangement, or centerpiece.

Measurements are approximates only:
12" wide
3 - 3 1/2" tall/depth
The holes are around 6 1/2" apart on center.
Holes are 3/16" diameter
Weighs 1 lb. 9 oz.

IMPERFECTIONS:
The center design is uneven due to manufacturing.
The holes do not appear to be exact. Some unevenness to them.
There's some scratching as well as staining. Please see images.
