Project Telecom BL-11-USB+P QD to USB-A - Y Training Lead Description

The Project Telecom BL-11-USB+P is a Y-Training Lead that allows supervisors to listen into an agents call whilst training or coaching, allowing them to take control of the call if needed. Ideal for new employees

The Lead has a USB-A Connection at one end, this plugs into the USB Port on your PC, and the other end of the Lead has two Quick Disconnect (QD) Connectors for the agents and supervisors Headsets to connect to. The Lead has an Inline Control with Volume and Mute Functions.
