• The shipping and handling charge include insurance up to the purchase price of the item
• Free shipping charges apply only to the Lower 48 Contiguous states. Actual shipping charges will apply to all other US states aand Terretories
• All items listed with Free Shipping will show FedEx Ground as the free service. however, we reserve the right to ship such items via a corresponding USPS service if the item is small and light with value less than $200
• We guarantee that each individual product is packed properly and safely and has its own tracking number for transit.
• We only ship to the the address used at checkout.
• Please note: we do not allow for anyone to arrange their own shipping on products we sell
• The item is shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the completion of the auction. Domestic orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• Please note Due to size, weight, value, or risk of damage for large item, we are unable to offer combined shipping on oversized items.

As a general rule we do not allow local pickups. However, for some freight items or items requiring special packing we do allow buyers to arrange their own pack and ship service. For these items we will allow buyers to pickup the items themselves or to arrange pickup by their representative or freight company.

Where pickup is allowed it is by appointments only.

• We accept PayPal payments for all ebay items and whatever payment options allowed by eBay.
• Buyers are required to complete checkout and submit payment immediately on sale of item.
• Currently eBay automatically collects Sales taxees for a Number of States. These are outside our controls so if you are tax Exepmt please communicate that to ebay since we have no control over Sales Tax collection and remittance.

• If you believe that the item purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options. This may be done by using the eBay return process
• In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 30 days of receipt of item.
• All returns will require a return authorization.
• Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due to our error.
• If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on all except items except for items Listed for Parts and Repair, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition and within 30 days.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as was received. This applies to both the item and retail packaging.
• Unless the item is listed with Free Return items that are as described Buyer will be responsible for both original and return shipping
• Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once the item has been received AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.
• We primarily sell corporate surplus and are not an authorized dealer for any of the items we sell. Therefore, we cannot guarantee manufacturers warranty for any item we sell regardless of condition.
