SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Items are shipped from multiple locations across the US. Please do not assume it is coming from a warehouse close to you. Contact us if you need to confirm location of item.
• We can only ship to the address that you have confirmed with PAYPAL.
• You must provide us with a physical shipping address within the 48 states.  Additional shipping may be incured to, but not limted to HI/AK/PR/PO Box/APO/FPO/US Protectorates.
• If the shipment is not deliverable and is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incorrect information provided by the buyer (exc. wrong address given or unable to sign for the package), all return shipping fees will be responsible by the buyer.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We ship our products with a signature confirmation requirement on all items over $200. If you are unable to be present during the delivery of your package, it is your responsibility to sign the tag left by either USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL to waive the signature requirement. If you do not want to waive the signature requirement, you will need to contact the shipping company to arrange for pick-up at their local hub.
• In the event that you are not able to accept the package after three delivery attempts by the shipping company, you will be responsible for all shipping costs to re-ship the package to you.
• All international buyers are responsible for all applicable import duty and brokerage fees

• We only accept Paypal.
• Buyer must use eBay checkout after purchasing.

• Returns cannot be accepted for products that have been opened, mounted, or installed.
• Item must be brand new in original packaging.
• Buyer must contact us for an RMA#.
• All returns have a 20% restocking fee.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Refund will be of the final price minus restocking fee minus the original shipping (if an item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund after the 20% restocking fee)

• If an item received is incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of the damage. If the incorrect item is received, please provide pictures of the item, label on box, and part number on the box. Contact us through eBay for fastest response.
