You are looking at a PSA 10 Grovyle - WINNER (004) from the English Set - Nintendo Black Star Promos.


This card was given out at Pokemon League in October of 2003. While all players received the non-winner stamped version, only the best of the best earned this coveted WINNER stamped version, making it much rarer.



PSA 10 is considered to be GEM MINT. The slab has been put into a perfect fit sleeve for protection against nicks and scratches.


(Please Note - You will not be getting the stand that the card is displayed on.)



I am the original owner of this graded card as I personally submitted this card. Additionally if for any reason you do not agree with the grade, this is something that should be taken up with PSA via their customer service as they are the ones who issued the grade, not myself. Thanks!!!

Shipping is FREE for this listing in the USA. Shipping will be either USPS, UPS, or FEDEX, at my discretion.

International Shipping -

 

I do not ship to Brazil or Italy. I have had too many issues with those two countries. If you live in these two countries and purchase from me (which you shouldn't be able to do), it will be immediately refunded. Thanks!

 

Shipping is $25.00 for registered mail (for tracking). Please add $10.00 per additional items. International mail is notorious for being an issue, so to allow for international shipping, I am using registered mail (tracking). If you would like insurance, that is extra and you should message me before paying.



Shipping can also be through the Global Shipping Program (GSP) through eBay.

Q - Will you negotiate/take offers on your prices?


A - The prices are firm. For the listings I am willing to currently accept a lower offer, a "Best Offer" option will be added. I will not respond to these emails for the most part.



Q - Will you take a picture of the item at a different angle?


A - In most cases I will try, but it is hard to do so every time. For most cards, especially graded ones, you can find their guidelines for what you are asking on their website based on the grade they have issued.



Q - Will you mark the item at a lower cost because of customs?


A - This is ILLEGAL. Do not ask me to do this. I will not respond to your message if you ask me to do this.
