HIT Brown Leather Briefcase Portfolio Combination Lock Mulit- Pocket, circa 80's. Purchased new, used, the exterior is in Great shape.  The soft suede lining has some ink markings and a few water spots visible in the pictures that a good leather repair specialist may be able to remove.  The file tab peg on the left side has dislodged and could be fixed by a shoe repair person. There appears to be a slight separation of the leather down the middle of both front side and back side.  There is a slight scuff mark on the bottom side that can be polished out.  All visible in the pictures.
