Made in China by Moda Fina Stainless, this set of 2 teaspoons is in an unknown pattern.  The rope-like, slanted, lines on the handle edges lead to 3 slanted bars at the tip of the handles.

Measurements are:  Length:  6 13/16 inches; 

                                Width at the widest part of the bowl:  1 9/16 inch.
