A full refund will be completed within 24 h s upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of error,but the items must be returned within 30 days.

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided first if the item needs returning. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement will be made. We cannot accept the returns if you have got no RMA number or returning address.

The items should be returned in New condition and with the original package,including cartons,parts and user's manual,etc.
