Brand new stainless steel meat grinder plate.  The plate measurements are:

 2 1/16" (53 mm) diameter

3/16" (4.0 mm) thick

5/16" (8 mm) center hole

This plate has 1/2" (12.0 mm) sausage grind holes.  Other sizes available.

*Note.   Please compare your needs to the measurements of this one.  This plate will not fit Kitchenaid.
