Dried Mugwort Leaves by Spice Mart

Mugwort is also known as riverside wormwood, felon herb, chrysanthemum weed, wild wormwood, old Uncle Henry, sailor's tobacco, naughty man, old man.

To make an infusion, 1-2 tsp of Mugwort Herb pour 250ml of boiling water and infuse covered for 10-15 minutes. Leave to cool for 10 minutes and then strain. Drink in a dose of 20-50 ml several times a day.
