Lot Consists of an Original, April? 28, 1879 (28.IV.82) DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION - RX PHARMACY SLIP FOR PRESCRIBED MEDICATION. Rx slip has handwritten pencil prescription related text on face. Rx is signed in ink on bottom edge by same name who appears to be the patient / recipient.  Rx slip comes as pictured.  (See Pics).

Thin paper Rx is approx. 5-1/4" high x 3-1/2" wide and was folded in 4 at some point, but has been folded flat from years of storage.  There is some light wear on edges and corners and some overall light toning to paper. There are a couple of small stains on rear. Nice 139+/- year old Pharmaceutical paper item that has survived all these years. See Pics for More Details on Condition.
