1. This portable monitor has NO touch function and NO built-in battery.
2. Please make sure your phone's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (USB 3.1). If it doesn't, or if it has Lightning and Micro USB ports, you'll need a Lightning/Micro USB to HDMI adapter for signal transmission.
3. Please make sure your laptop's Type-C port supports audio and video signal transmission (Thunderbolt 3). If it's only for charging, please connect the monitor via HDMI for signal transmission.
4. The monitor requires a stable power supply of over 5V/3A to maintain the display at more than 80% brightness or volume. Therefore, I strongly recommend connecting the external power adapter to our power adapter for the best visual experience. Otherwise, it may automatically enter power saving mode (flicker/30% brightness) or even standby mode (NO signal).
