Lot of 4 TREASURE CHEST series chapter books ANN HOOD 1-4 Historical Fiction

 

These books are all softcover, in the Treasure Chest series  by Ann Hood. They all have deckle-edge pages in excellent condition and covers showing light wear, one a chip at bottom.

#1 Angel of the Battlefield (Clara Barton):

Summary: When their parents divorce, twelve-year-old twins Felix and Maisie move with their mother to live in the attic of a historic Newport, Rhode Island, mansion, where they discover a hidden room that carries with it an intriguing secret.

Summary: Felix tries to impress Lily, who was adopted from China,  by trying to take her back in time to learn about her native country, but when his twin, Maisie, catches him, it is only the twins who are transported to a village on the Yangtze.

#4 Prince of the Air (Harry Houdini)

Summary: Twins Felix and Maisie, along with Great-Aunt Maisie and Great-Uncle Thorne, are transported back in time to Coney Island, where they meet a young Harry Houdini.

I happily discount for combined shipping. My policy for combined single book auctions is an additional $1 shipping per each single book auction (75 cents for Sonlight homeschool titles). EBay's shipping discount calculator doesn't take into account some factors, so if the shipping total provided by eBay for single book auctions is more than my policy, alert me to this and I will send you a revised invoice with correct shipping.

If you are purchasing book lots, then shipping is determined by weight, and the $1 per auction doesn't apply. They are still discounted in shipping, however, and should be reflected in the combined shipping totals provided by eBay. If the combined shipping total looks off, then email me and I can verify correct shipping. It will NOT be any more than ebay shows, but I will adjust costs down if necessary.
