Terms of Shipment

-We only despatch your order to the shipping address you provide us via eBay Managed Payments for your security

-Normally, it will take around 20~40days from shipping date to reach destination.

 Delivery time varies depending on your location and some factors such as holidays, bad weather, customs clearance and postal strike.

-Buyers are responsible for additional tax, customs fee and Duty for importing(if any)

Return Policy

-Customer satisfaction is always our Top Priority.

-We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description. A refund will be given when the item is returned back to the store. Buyers should inspect the item upon receipt of the package. Contact us before return.

-Please contact us if you want to return item if you purchased wrong. For restocking fee and other fee, we will discuss friendly to solve.

-If you find the item is defective, we would offer exchange.

-Returned item must be in original condition. Any item returned must be packaged completely, with all manuals.Regardless of condition, all items must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item can not be accepted.

-All faulty due to improper installation or improper use will NOT be responsible. Any physical damage will avoid your service too.

-It must be noticed within 3days for any problem and returned within 14days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. For all cases, shipping fee is not refundable and buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will not refund shipping costs.
