the auction ends. eBay should be sending you messages at the close of
auction and then twice more over the next few days. The eBay system will
open an UPI automatically for the unpaid order. If you change the mind,
please feel free to contact our customers service or the eBay service
help you to cancel the unpaid order.
Shipping:
- All items will be shipped within 24 business hours after receipt of payment (except Saturday, Sunday and Holiday).
- It usually takes about 20-45 business days for delivery, the exact delivery date depended on the region or country where you are located.
- Item will be sent out through China Register air mail.
- Please inform me if you still do not receive the item after 35 business days. We will arrange the replacement or refund.
Import duties:
Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the additional costs of your country's customs office. If the package returned back to us or destroyed in your local country's customs due to the customs issues or the buyer's reason, the buyer are responsible for the return fee and the second item fee. We will take the responsibility for the return postage after we confirmed it is the problem of our products. We are unable to buy a shipping label in your local country as our location is in China. However, we will pay you the postage through Paypal directly after received the return package.
- Buyer assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable for the reason just do not like it, or change the mind, or too large, too small and so on.
- Refunds will be processed we received the return item. And it will be processed via Paypal only.
