Jerk has been a Jamaican tradition for a very long time. It is a blend of many spices and fresh herbs, including pimento and scotch bonnet peppers. It is use for grilling, barbecuing, and roasting of marinated chicken, pork, fish, shrimp, vegetables, tofu and more.
Ingredients: scotch bonnet peppers, onion, garlic, scallions, thyme, black pepper, vinegar, salt pimento, all spice and special herbs and spices.
