The MagCodePowerSystem is a revolutionary magnetic connector for 12 Volts systems

This system is used by BC (Battery Controller) for their BC Mag-Kit, this listing is for the equivalent to their MAG-F accessory.

The MagCode Port socket can be mounted for easy access to charge the battery without having to lift the seat or take panels off.

Magcode has a quick release system in case you leave the charger connected, to protect against damage when the vehicle is moved.

Technology PowerSystem

Magnets in the PowerPort (installed outlet) as well as in the PowerClip (appliance-side-connector), contact the two parts of the connector and have furthermore a switching function. The flat contacts carry power only when the movable plate in the Port that carries the magnets is attracted by the magnets in the Clip. Other metal objects or permanent magnets cannot energize the contacts.

Thus the MagCodePowerSystem is 100% short-circuit-proof.
