Note:

1. Before using the machine, it is necessary to adjust the screw of the pressure roller to the appropriate position. The pressure roller and the pressure plate should be closely combined, and the two adjusting screws should be on the same horizontal plane.

2. Please refuel the fuel tank before using the machine. The machine should not idle for more than 2 minutes.

3.Double-check the belt and the screws before operation.

4.Clean up the rest after use to prevent damage to the machine.

5.If the pressure roller cannot rotate normally, please tighten the screws that control the pressure roller first, and then try to power it on. If it still does not work, you can appropriately loosen the screws next to the pressure roller and then tighten them slightly again (without special tightening)

This machine is equipped with a voltage display, which can visually see whether the voltage is stable.

Adjustable nut Used to adjust the distance between the pressure roller and the grinding disc. When making pellets, the nuts on the two sides must be balanced to avoid damage to the pressure roller and grinding disc.

The machine adopts the design of enlarged feed port, which makes it more convenient for you to feed and effectively improves work efficiency.

It is recommended to add high-quality machine oil or hyperbola heavy-duty gear oil.（The color of the oil filling plug is random）

The length of feed particlescan be adjusted here.

The machine is equipped with air switch, which is safer to use.

Nylon wheels are adopted, which are more wear-resistant and durable.

After using the machine for a period of time, the customer needs to add lubricating oil here to lubricate the grinding chamber (approximately 4-6 months of use) (the lubricating oil gun and lubricating oil need to be purchased by the customer themselves, we do not provide them).

The hole here is normal and can be used for heat dissipation.

  9.Iron or stones cannot be put into the griller.
  10.Check the elasticity of the belt, and the bearing frequently. Add oil in time when it needs to.　

Note

We suggest that high-power machines should be directly connected to the main power supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is easy to burn out the starting capacitor.

It is recommended to directly connect to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time.

Our machine is not equipped with a plug. If you do not know how to operate the wiring video, you can contact our customer and we will provide you with the wiring video. (If there are occasional situations with plugs, it is also recommended that you remove the plugs when wiring)
