Q: My item has not been delivered when ebay said it would. What should I do?

A: Ebay delivery dates are only estimates, not guarantees. In the event you do not recieve your item on time or tracking is not updating please contact us so that we can look into it.

Q: What happens if my item becomes unavailable after purchase?

A: We have a very accurate inventory system that updates every hour. In rare cases an item may become unavailable in between checks. In this case we will notify you right away of the issue. At that point we will offer the buyer the choice to wait a few days to see if it becomes available or to cancel for a refund so that you can try to find else where.
