Authentically French-made in the traditional way high up in the Pyrenees. Laulhère's Arnaga Beret is made from 100% pure virgin wool of rich brown colour with a soft brushed texture.

The interior is burgundy satin lined with the Campan distinctive yellow bow and thread. The Arnaga beret has a leather band, ribbon trim and a fabric braid. Due to the tightness of the weave this beret is 99% waterproof.

Laulhere

Established in 1840 by Frenchman Monsieur Lucien Laulhere, the company continue to make wool and angora hats in the traditional way. The berets are made on a knitting loom and each one is shaped and finished by hand. Laulhere remain at the very pinnacle of beret manufacture in the world.    

Sizing 

The primary sizing measurement is taken from the label of the beret. The diameter across the pancake measures French size 10.5, which is 26.5cm. This size will only affect the look of the beret, and not the fit.

The Arnaga beret comes in true to the size on the label. So a 60cm would actually measure 60cm. Note your size carefully, a tight beret is a headache.
